Have a Christmas Bazaar subcommittee who meet more regularly than the full committee.
If you are planning to sell alcohol you will need to obtain a license from your local authority.
Identify and contact potential volunteers as soon as possible. You will need people to help with organising stalls, setting up, running stalls and clearing away at the end of the Bazaar.
Purchase your prizes in plenty of time (see Suppliers List for potential product suppliers).
Make sure you have sweets to give as a consolation prize to younger children who haven't won a main prize.
If you have the storage space, buy your prizes shortly after Christmas for next year's event. Products are usually reduced in price, maximising your profit.
